Zenato offers worldwide shipping. Our products can be delivered to almost any country in the world.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are weight-based and are automatically calculated at checkout. This ensures you only pay for the actual weight of your order.
Processing Time and Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped immediately upon receipt. Delivery time within Europe is typically 2-5 business days.
For orders outside of Europe, delivery times may vary. Specifically for the USA, we offer special articles (marked as "US-Shipping") to avoid long delivery times and high shipping costs.
Tracking and Insurance
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event of damages, we offer an exchange. For returns, a refund will be issued. Please contact our customer support at support@zenato.net to initiate the return process and to discuss the details of the refund.
Problem Resolution
If your shipment is delayed, you will receive a voucher as compensation. For lost shipments, we will take care of locating them. However, thanks to our reliable shipping partners, this rarely happens.
